Spring has arrived

The scientists of Year 3 are now looking at Plants, Flowers and Seed Dispersal this term. This week we looked at the parts of a plant and then rated why plants are so important in the world. As part of the ongoing research we planted some seeds in the hope that they will grow strong, tall and bountiful. Hopefully the roots, stems and petals will produce. We have split the class into two competing gardening teams – one growing carrots (always difficult) and other growing runner beans so hopefully they will be on your plate soon.
