Year 1
Ancient Egyptian Day!
Year 1 and Year 2 will be having a dressing-up day on Tuesday 28th February. The theme will be the Ancient Egyptians, to coincide with our current topic.
In our Italian lessons we have been learning about carnevale. The Italian carnival that takes place every year on Shrove Tuesday. -

Year 3
We have really enjoyed our topic on Famous People.
Our Roald Dahl Day was a great success and Miss Dixon Loved being the miserable shop keeper, Mrs. Pratchett.
We were bakers for a day when Warburtons visited us. Hedgehog bread yum yum!

Year 5
Year 5 have had a busy start to the year. They have enjoyed learning about different aspects of World War Two. Evacuation day was a great success with the children experiencing what it was like to be an evacuee during the Second World War.
The ladies from Warburtons bakery visited the school and year 5 enjoyed baking bread. The best part was eating it of course!!
