She's a Winner !!!!

A year 5 pupil wins 1st prize in Salford's Energy Saving Competition. Here she shows her winning poster that won her £50 for herself and £500 for the school.

the new toiletsLast year the school’s council put forward the proposal that the Key Stage 2 toilets have a revamp. As a result of this, during the summer holidays a huge transformation took place with spectacular results. Obviously we would all like to keep them this way, so Year 5 came up with their own rules as to how we should do this.

 

TOILET RULES

1.Don’t throw water on the floor.
2.Don’t drink tap water.
3.Make sure you flush the chain after yourself.
4.Only put toilet tissue down the toilet.
5.Make sure you wash your and dry your hands.
6.Don’t bring snacks or packed lunches in the toilets.
7.Don’t write on the walls.
8.Don’t waste to much toilet paper.
9.Don’t throw toilet paper on the floor.
10.Don’t squirt soap on the floor.

1. Don’t block the toilets.
2. Make sure you wash your hands after you’ve been to the toilet.
3. Make sure you flush the toilet after use.
4. Keep the toilets clean and tidy as you found them.
5. If you find the toilets damaged report it to your teacher.
6. No running.
7. No shouting.
8. Don’t mess about in the toilets.
9. Report any spillages to a teacher.
10. No eating or drinking in the toilets.
