A Day at St Ambrose Barlow
At the end of April, Year 3 enjoyed a day at St Ambrose Barlow. During the day they were able to experience different activities including a drama workshop and art activities.
Dodgeball Winners
Congratulations to all those in Year 3 who took part in the Dodgeball competition at
St Ambrose Barlow earlier this month. It was a very enjoyable morning for all and as always the children were great ambassadors for St Mary's school.
During the morning the children were able to learn new skills as well as having the chance to exercise and keep healthy. The team came away with both certificates and medals. Well done Year 3!
Year Three enjoyed writing their own version of Cinderella. They collected props and performed it to The Reception class. A wonderful play enjoyed by all.
Year Three pupils produced their playscripts using their ICT skills , they designed a front cover and improved their work using the computer.
During Advent the children in Year Three took home a Nativity Set from Bethlehem. They were able to prepare for the coming of Jesus with their families in a very special way.
