News from Year 2
During the Autumn term, Year 2 had a series of football skills sessions. Here you can see them in training.
James Lester from Henshaw’s Society for the Blind visited Year 2 class and entertained them with gadgets used by blind and partially sighted people. This was linked to work we they had been doing in geography, on the topic of the Global Eye.
For the Christmas crafts coffee afternoon, Year 2 baked miniature Christmas cakes to sell on their stall– they went like hot cakes!
