Complaints Procedure
All complaints regarding the National Curriculum or other matters must be first be made to the Headteacher.
If somebody wishes to take the complaint further, an official complaint can be made to the Governors through the Chairperson of the Governors, addressed c/o St. Mary’s School.
Should you wish to complain further about the decision of the Governing Body, particularly on the implementation of the National Curriculum, discipline or admissions, a complaint may be made to the L.A. who are required to establish complaints arrangements.
